Terms of Use

Hollywood+ is an entertainment news site. We publish celebrity interviews, behind-the-scenes features, movie and TV coverage, and red carpet stories for general information and entertainment.

We may change, pause, or stop any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will change the Effective Date above. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the new Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. If you use the Site for a company or organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You may read and watch the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. When using the Site, you agree not to:

• break any law, or use the Site for any illegal purpose;
• copy, download, re-upload, or republish our articles, videos, or photos except as these Terms allow;
• violate anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
• use the Site to harass or threaten anyone, including the talent and guests featured in our content;
• post or send anything defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful;
• hack, overload, or interfere with the Site, or introduce viruses or other harmful code;
• scrape, crawl, or collect content or data from the Site with bots or other automated tools without our written permission; or
• generate fake ad clicks, impressions, or views.

The original articles, interviews, videos, photos, and graphics on the Site belong to Hollywood+ or to the people who license them to us. They are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

Studio and network materials. Some content on the Site, such as trailers, film clips, stills, posters, key art, and behind-the-scenes footage, belongs to film studios, networks, streaming services, or other rights holders. We use it with their permission or as otherwise allowed by law. Those owners keep all rights to their materials, and these Terms give you no rights to use them.

You may share links to our articles and use the share buttons on the Site. You may not copy, re-upload, edit, sell, or otherwise use our videos, photos, or interviews without our written permission. This includes posting clips on social media, YouTube, or other websites.

"Hollywood+" and "Hollywood Plus" and the Hollywood+ logo are our trademarks. Other names and logos on the Site belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean those owners endorse us, or that we endorse them.

To license our original footage or interviews, email us at the address in Section 12.

You can send us story ideas, press materials, interview or booking requests, and other content (a "Submission"). By sending a Submission, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate anyone's rights or any law.

You keep ownership of your Submission. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, publish, and distribute it in connection with the Site and our channels, including on partner platforms. Press materials sent for publication may be used under the terms that come with them.

We do not have to use, reply to, or keep any Submission. We may already be working on similar ideas, and receiving your Submission does not create any obligation to pay or credit you, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Please do not send anything confidential unless we agree in writing first.

Copyright (DMCA). We respect the rights of copyright owners. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to the contact in Section 12 that includes:

1. your name, address, phone number, and email;
2. a description of the copyrighted work;
3. the URL of the content you believe is infringing;
4. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and
6. your physical or electronic signature.

If we remove content in response to a notice, the person who posted it may send a counter-notice under the law. Knowingly false claims may make you liable for damages.

Other requests. Studios, publicists, and talent representatives can contact us about embargoes, corrections, or the removal of materials. Please include the article URL and the reason for your request. We review every request promptly.

The Site includes embedded YouTube videos, social media posts, links to other websites, and ads from third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and under their own terms, such as the YouTube Terms of Service.

Tickets, deals, and affiliate links. Some links on the Site, such as links to buy movie tickets, streaming subscriptions, travel, or products, may be affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases are made with the third-party seller, under its terms. We are not responsible for its products, prices, availability, or refunds.

An ad, sponsored feature, or link on the Site does not mean we endorse what it promotes. Sponsored content will be labeled as such.

Our content is for entertainment and general information. Release dates, cast details, schedules, and prices can change, and we do not guarantee that everything is complete, accurate, or up to date. Opinions in interviews belong to the people who express them. We also do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, secure, or free of errors or viruses.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Hollywood+ and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your use of the Site, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or of anyone's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site or these Terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

We may block or limit your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have broken these Terms. Sections 3, 4, and 7 through 10 continue to apply after that.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right right away, we have not given it up. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
